I ate the sopas and steak tacos. The sopes had the perfect balance of textures—a crispy corn base on the outside while staying soft and fluffy inside, making them the ideal foundation for all the toppings. Every bite was hearty, fresh, and satisfying. Sopes are traditionally made with a thick masa base that holds toppings well, giving them a unique texture compared to tacos. The steak tacos were the standout of the meal. The steak was tender, juicy, and well-seasoned, delivering that authentic grilled flavor that makes a great taco unforgettable. Paired with fresh toppings and salsa, each bite was simple yet incredibly delicious. Carne asada-style steak is known for its bold seasoning and grilled flavor, which shines in tacos.

Exquisito translates to exquisite which doesn’t really make sense, but everything at Pancho’s is exquisito. I had the double chicken tacos and others in my group tried the steak. Every plate delivered. Authentic, reasonably priced, and genuinely delicious. A must-stop when you’re in AC.

This is a hidden gem! It’s about a block from the Puma store, between a row of shops, one can miss this easily! It’s popular so you might have to wait a minute for a table. The food comes out quick and hot! My friend got steak tacos and I got mole enchiladas! Both tasted great and were hot temp wise! The staff was friendly and the place is clean. The only reason I gave them 4/5 stars is because they charge for chips and salsa!

The food here was delicious! Local guy recommended anything in the menu and the carnitas and chorizo tacos were some of the best!! Highly recommend! More of a casual local joint

I was super excited to eat here because when I seen they made tortillas in house fresh I figured it was going to be amazing but it was just okay. The food is handled without gloves which wouldn't be an issue if the person handling the register and other things wasn't also handling the food. The tacos are pretty dry and tortillas as well. The burrito was pretty good and large quantity but nothing special.
