Whether your training for Hyrox, CrossFit, calisthenics, endurance, weightlifting or just want to get a good sweat and meet new people this is the place to go. Plus the shop has shakes, juices, food, recovery, and best gym all around.

One of my favorite studios I have ever been to. The coaches are amazing, the energy every time is unmatched. I recommend this studio to anyone looking to attend a new gym or looking for any Hyrox specific workouts. Every coach is knowledgeable in everything they do.

Amazing massage with Daniil. He finds your spots with almost zero guidance and works them as hard as you allow him to. I like how he sees the whole system together as a chain and addresses the entire flow. Highly recommend and well worth it. Very kind and professional.

Blown away by the team, facilities, community and workouts at BRAVA! From the moment I walked in, I was met with helpful smiling faces. The love and care that has gone into every aspect of this gym, shines through. I’m a gym owner myself and have taken more thoughts away from visiting BRAVA than any other gym I’ve ever visited. Gorgeous place with great wods. Clean and very well kept place, with fully equipped bathrooms to have a shower after a great wod. Smoothie bar offers many options to have a tasty protein post wod or other amenities. Location offers good parking and close by cabs (if visiting).
