Absolutely loved our dinner at Caviar & Bull. We made a last-minute reservation, so we couldn’t get a table on the terrace, but the indoor dining area was still very enjoyable. That said, after seeing the terrace, I would definitely make sure to reserve a table there on our next visit! One thing that really stood out was how family-friendly the restaurant is. They have an excellent children’s menu, and our son Aslan thoroughly enjoyed the sea bass with spinach and potatoes. The menu is full of tempting options. Among the starters, the truffle mushroom croquettes were outstanding. The carpaccio was the only dish that didn’t quite match our taste, but the Popcorn Lobster was absolutely phenomenal and one of the highlights of the evening. For the main courses, every steak we tried was exceptional. The quality of the meat, the flavor, and the cooking were all truly extraordinary. The staff were warm, attentive, and always happy to help, which made the experience even more enjoyable. A memorable dining experience from start to finish. We will definitely be back—and next time, hopefully on the terrace!

A superb dining experience from start to finish. Booking was effortless, and all our requests were accommodated. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and exceptionally attentive, especially regarding dietary requirements and food allergies, offering delicious alternatives without compromise. The food was beautifully presented and absolutely exquisite. A special mention to Kyra, whose charisma and attention to detail transformed dinner into a truly memorable culinary experience. The chefs' unique petit fours, prepared as a birthday surprise, were a delightful touch and introduced us to flavours we had never experienced before. Thank you for such a beautiful evening—keep up the fantastic work!

The food did not meet our expectations, it was bland, no taste at all, the ravioli dough was not cooked (this means it was stiff)… The service from the team lacked professionalism (we put that we were alcohol free, the moment they sat us down the first thing they handed us was the wine (huge) menu and the cocktail’s list) and everytime we called for them they talked with us from afar… We had to ask for the bill twice, and to a different employee because the first one went to smoke (before we asked the second one we waited for 20 something minutes). We asked for the bull tasting menu, and the wait time between dishes was a lot! However, when we arrived at the last dish (the dessert) the restaurant was preparing to close (since we were there since 21:15 and it was already 23:15 - the tasting menu had only 6 dishes including the dessert and petit fours) they brought the dessert along with the petit four, and did not explain what was the dessert nor the petit four… We’ve been to quite a few restaurants from Michelin (with and without stars) and every single time we loved it… but this time we genuinely thought maybe we were in the wrong restaurant… When they brought the tartare, we still had our little plates from the bread and butter, and the employee just pushed, with the tartare plate, those little plates away. They remained in the table while we were eating the tartare. When putting the crackers for the tartare, he put the dish on top of the little dish… Not quite the harmonious table that you expect from a Michelin guide restaurant.

During the three times that we visited Caviar and Bull, it did not disappoint. The food is absolutely delicious, the atmosphere is wonderful and the service is top notch. The meat is always cooked to perfection. The entrées, especially MUSHROOM AND TRUFFLE CROQUETTE and BEEF CARPACCIO are a must try. Special thank you to Sabri and Can our waiters who took great care of us during our most recent visit. All staff are detail oriented and welcoming.

As someone who is very picky about food, I can honestly say this is one of the best meals I’ve had in a long time. The atmosphere was fantastic, and the service is truly exceptional. Everyone was so polite, friendly, and genuinely helpful, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Every dish we ordered was incredibly tasty — the flavours were perfectly balanced, and each bite was just wow. You can really tell the quality and care that goes into the food. We truly enjoyed our meal, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Malta. I’ll definitely be sharing this spot on my social media as well!
