Beautiful beautiful location! The valley and beach is incredible and really calm and quiet. As for the hotel I loved everything about it. It has a most wonderful atmosphere which really helps you connect with the place. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Overall this hotel and el Hierro as such is a great for holiday away from people. A place with much less tourists compared to other islands, which is great. I can strongly recommend visiting!
We have stayed here twice, on both occasions it has been most acceptable. Great staff, good food, excellent accommodations.
You can be somewhat demanding on a Parador. The staff does its best but does not seem well trained. Cocktail I got was not good just ice. Dirty dishes and plateaus linger around. Some are very friendly others not at all helpfull. English not well understood. Pool area closed since about to fall into the sea.
We loved everything there! We went there in November 2024. The interior and exterior design and whole concept is extremely stylish in a classical way. The food was fine, the service super supportive and the location is incredible. We can’t wait to go there again.
