Whilst this is clean and perfectly adequate, I found the service lacking. The hotel has online check-in only and is unmanned (minimal contact at breakfast). The details requesting I do this came from an unknown number (a travel agent had booked my stay) and I felt there was a huge security risk in sharing my passport details to an unknown phone number and website. I didn’t have a car so location problematic for restaurants.

Amazing place to stay in El Hierro.... I was blown away by the beauty of this island 🤩 and staying at this beautiful hotel was just the cherry on the cake. Confortable rooms, quiet, very clean, friendly staff...and on top of that, a delicious breakfast is included (something hard to find in other places) Thanks ~ Gracias I would not hesitate to go back !

Super nice and charming hotel. Rooms are clean and very well equipped. The staff was super friendly and was always trying to accommodate our needs. The breakfast they offer was incredible : a variety of eggs, fruits, yogurts, cheese, bread. Just fantastic 🤩 I highly recommend it and would definitely repeat returning there. A++++

Lovely hotel in a small village. Close to wonderful hiking routes and biking. It’s best if you have a car. The people are lovely and go out of their way to help you out. Breakfast is ten stars and there’s a really nice shared terrace with seating and hammocks. Perfect.

This is my second time visiting El hierro and staying here at Geko Hotels and all I have to is lovely ❤️! Great service and hospitality. Everyone is so helpful and specially Yli!! Who helps us navigate and form the ideal plan to explore the island. Cannot wait to back. Definitely recommend.
