A beautiful, modern hotel with very clean rooms and a stylish design. The staff were extremely friendly, and we enjoyed our stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.
Key Hotel is a beautiful property right on the Izmir waterfront. Its location is ideal, just steps away from the city’s main attractions. The building itself is elegant and well maintained, and the rooms are equipped with every modern comfort. Check-in was handled flawlessly by Kaan, who was both kind and attentive, setting the tone for a truly pleasant stay. Breakfast was excellent, and the valet parking service was also very much appreciated, both adding to the overall comfort of the experience. It’s perfect also for business purposes.
My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the Key hotel. The location on the waterfront in Izmir was fantastic, as was our well-designed and beautifully modern room. What really stood out though was the quality of the service - from the staff at the front desk, to the waiters at dinner and breakfast, to the people helping with our luggage and parking our car - everyone was super helpful, friendly and kind!!

Hotel interiors are too dark.Over all we are satisfied considering other aspects and especially very well trained and polite employees from restaurant to reception.
