Popular beef noodle spot in the YongKang Street area. You will find a combination of tourists and locals here. There are two floors of seating and although there are often lines, they move fast. They have a short menu- mainly beef noodle soup, small eats and fried noodles. Prices are good and service is very fast. The actual flavor of the soup is good but I wouldn’t say it’s the best. Still a good option for a quick and filling bite.

Yong Kang Beef Noodle is definitely worth trying if you are visiting Taipei. The beef noodle soup is rich, flavourful, and comforting, with tender beef that is cooked very well. The noodles have a great texture and pair perfectly with the savoury broth. Their braised beef is soft and full of flavour, making every bite enjoyable. The restaurant is quite popular with both locals and tourists, so there may be a queue during peak hours, but the food is worth the wait. The side dishes are also delicious and complement the beef noodles very well. The atmosphere feels authentic and gives you a true taste of traditional Taiwanese food. If you enjoy beef noodles, this is one of the must-try places in Taipei. A memorable dining experience and highly recommended!

They said if you were in Taipei, dont forget to try their beef noodle and lu rou fan (braised minced pork with rice which I will share the review after this 😁) so first lets talk about Yong Kang Beef Noodle, this was my second time to eat, my first time was just so so maybe because i was not familiar with the taste, but after second tried wow 🤩 actually it taste so nice and good 😍 the beef tendon and meat are soooo tender they are just melting in your mouth ❤️ dont need effort to chew 😁 beside that we also tried their steam spare ribs with powder rice and side dishes vegetables (which also fav there) usually people order while waiting for the famous beef noodle. So my opinion is this is worth to queue and try when in Taipei 👍🏻😍

We really enjoyed eating here! The beef noodles were absolutely delicious — the broth was rich, flavorful, and very comforting. The beef was tender and perfectly cooked. There was a long line outside, but it was definitely worth the wait because you can tell how popular this place is. It was also recognized in the Michelin Guide in 2020, and you can truly taste why. Definitely the best beef noodles I’ve tasted in Taiwan! 🍜✨ Highly recommended when visiting Taipei.

Best beef noodle soup of the trip! The beef was so tender and even the tendons were melt in your mouth delicious. We also got this nice side dish which was like a steam pork rib in rice over squash. Soooo delicious. I definitely recommend checking this place out if you're in the area, you wont regret it. Also, for the price, it was likely one of the best quality/price meals of trip
