An unforgettable dining experience. We chose the 14-course Amurga tasting menu to celebrate our 4.5-year anniversary, and it was an unforgettable experience. Every course was beautifully presented and full of flavour. What we especially loved was how the menu highlighted local Canarian ingredients and traditions with a modern touch. It was a great way to experience the local cuisine. The service was excellent from start to finish, and the personalised souvenir we received at the end was a lovely gesture that made the evening even more memorable. We would happily come back. The staff is meticulously coordinated, attentive and great at their job. We were here for our 5 year wedding anniversary. We made the mistake of choosing the 14-course meal and I say that because we were full early in but powered through it 😊 I’m glad we did the wine pairing though! I forgot to take pictures of the first course. Reservation required as per our hotel. We stayed at the Hotel Faro Lopesan Collection and they arranged this for my husband/us. I agree with someone else’s post that the outside music is kind of unfortunate for this restaurant as it can be distracting to this experience. Great place!
Service team is all great and friendly. Atmosphere is minimalistic, good spacing between tables for privacy. We went for the longest menu. Fish dishes in general taste good, some are soft and tender, some are more firm and with grilled flavour. The bootroot dish was beautiful. However, dessert dishes felt like they are pre-made and put into the freezer (plates are super cold when touched)
Amazing from start to finish. The food and the staff were outstanding. Only small note is the musical entertainment happening outside was so loud that it impacts the atmosphere in the restaurant quite strongly.
Very high standard and simply perfect. All the staff are also extremely friendly and courteous. The restaurant's design is also very elegant. If you're looking for a special evening with an excellent menu and wines, this is the place for you.
