We stayed here recently to attend our daughters university graduation. The Hotel Indigo is a fabulous jewel of a hotel hidden in central Cardiff. The staff were amazingly thoughtful & helpful. The rooms are fabulously decorated, huge & extremely well appointed. The top floor restaurant, bar & lounge are a wonderful spot for relaxing with a birds eye view across the city. Thank you Hotel Indigo for a brilliant stay. We will be back.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. It's in an excellent location, and every member of staff was welcoming and attentive throughout my stay. The room was spotless, spacious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, making for a great night's sleep. If you prefer a quieter room, it's worth asking at check-in, especially if you arrive early. The gym is well-equipped with everything needed for a good workout. The rooftop restaurant and bar served delicious food in a great atmosphere. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and wouldn't hesitate to book here again.

Fantastic hotel. Staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. Rooms are beautifully decorated and super clean . We had a queen room and the bed was so comfortable. Gorgeous bathroom and the best shower ever. We will definitely be returning here and I would recommend it 100%

I booked three nights for my family, and we took three rooms. Very highly recommend. The rooms are beautiful, very clean and modern. The beds were comfortable, the service was great. The breakfast was delicious. The price was outstanding. It was a 10 or 15 minute walk from the central train station, and basically in the centre of the city. Excellent location. Some of the reviews say that it’s weird that the entrance of the hotel is in a shopping centre but it’s not like that at all. It’s just an arcade, and it’s really beautiful and actually makes the hotel, and quieter. You enter an accident like a normal door. I would definitely stay again.

I had a great 2 night stay. The check in staff were so helpful and let us move rooms to one with windows that opened which helped ease my other half's asthma symptoms. We were in the quiet part of the hotel and it was incredibly quiet and peaceful. The room was clean, the bathroom had a quirky feature, a built in speaker so you could listen to whatever is on the tv. I enjoyed the hotel's situation being in one of the city's arcades, it was a perfect location for our stay.
