have mixed feelings about my recent stay. On the positive side, the service was very professional. The staff was polite and helpful throughout my visit, which I truly appreciated. However, I was disappointed with the room assignment. When booking, I specifically requested (and paid extra for) the "best room" with the largest window to ensure a great view. Unfortunately, upon arrival, my room looked out directly onto a porch, which wasn't a nice view at all and certainly didn't feel like the premium experience I paid for. Additionally, the shower was quite cramped. It felt so small that even one person could barely fit comfortably; it really needs to be a bit larger to meet standard comfort levels. The hotel is nice and the people are great, but for the extra money spent on a "premium" room, I expected more space and a much better view.

I went to Taipei for a week for the first time and stayed here for 6 nights. When I booked the hotel online, it did not mention that there was no view or it was 'windowless' room. I was disappointed to see that the room had no view despite having a window which was painted over. I asked the reception to change my room to a window room and they wanted more money then I had already paid. I don't see the point of having a large window in a room which has been painted over so no one can see outside. It was very disappointing. SO that's a big No No for me. So here is a list of all the pros and cons for me. Pros: 1. Great Location 2. Clean room and bathrooms 3. Comfortable Bed 4. It was freezing the entire time I was in Taipei and the hotel has no central heat. However they were able to provide a space heater for me (so That's a plus) Cons: 1. Windowless rooms 2. tiny room (i had to walk over my suitcase to reach the bed) 3. No amenities in the room like coffee or water or anything like that. It's a bare room 3. IPAD controls the lights and blinds but very slow to respond 4. Very very slow elevators which randomly stop at various floors for no reason with no one coming in or going out of the elevators 5. No free breakfast even after I paid quite a bit per night. 6. No central heat - make sure they have a space heater for you if you go in the winter Final Verdict: Will I stay here again? Probably not.

Absolutely loved my stay. The rooms were clean and tidy and had a great view. The beds were Soo comfy after 3 weeks in a hospital bed. It was a dream. As for the shower omg it was one of the best showers I've ever had. I opted for the buffet breakfast which was small but delish and the staff were very accommodating. Loved the iPad that changed the lights and played meditation music and would definitely stay there again.

The big picture window view from the bed was great, location is great. I enjoyed the breakfast. Looks stylish, but there were some big misses that make me wonder how this got its 4 stars. My biggest issue is no room service or in-room coffee/hot water. They provide shampoo, but no conditioner or soap. Room size was small but doable for just me. Would be very small for a couple. Mold smell - I see others complained about the floor not drying after showers so it seems there’s a ventilation issue. Feels like they prioritized making it look polished rather than providing the amenities and details you’d expect to go along with the appearance, so it’s a disappointing experience. I thought the price seemed too good to be true and i guess it was.

(Disclaimer: My reviews are independent and I do not receive concessions from the establishments) I was skeptical at first but this establishment surprised me from start. Located at the corner of a very busy intersection but very quiet. The room is extremely small but if you are in it just for the evening then is totally adequate. There are only basic amenities but the room was clean with good flow line. Check-in was easy and the staff was very helpful. Second floor bar/cafe was relaxing and spacious. Great location with walking distance to Ximenting shopping/food district. Taipei Main Terminal is also just down the road for high speed rail. Great value place for family too.
