Every single person we interacted with provided exceptional service. Our family which spanned three generations had room requests that were accommodated in a timely manner. I leaned heavily on the concierge team for activity planning and special baggage requests. Bear in mind - the entrance to the hotel is on the backside of the building. We had to loop around the first time because we missed the small street to turn in. We were very pleased with the entire experience from start to finish!
5 stars for a 5 star hotel. Top notch service, incredibly spacious rooms you’re made to feel like royalty here. Great hotel gym and decent pool. The only bad experience is we paid for breakfast 1 day and it was poor for the price. Overall though highly recommended
The hotel and room were beautiful, well kept and maintain. Food and drink were outstanding. Dinner at Ya Ge was one of the best of the trip, and we were very happy that a roast duck was made available for us despite us not having booked it in time. The cocktails at M.O. Bar were some of the best we've had and have highly recommended that bar to others. Breakfast was also delicious and the biggest complaint was that we ate too much! Staff at the front desk and elsewhere in the hotel were always friendly and helpful.
An exceptional stay from start to finish. This hotel offers a perfect blend of luxury and convenience, situated right in the heart of the business district. The service was truly above and beyond, and the breakfast was easily the highlight a perfect 10/10. It was a wonderful experience for the whole family
Our stay at the Mandarin Oriental Taipei was outstanding – by far the best property of this brand we have experienced so far. The service is truly top-notch: attentive, warm, and always one step ahead. You genuinely feel that every wish is anticipated before you even express it. The entire property is elegant and beautifully maintained – especially the stunning pool area and the excellent location. Culinary-wise, it’s also a highlight: the Italian restaurant “Bencotto” offers exceptional quality in a stylish setting, and the breakfast leaves nothing to be desired. The rooms are spacious, impeccably clean, and furnished to a very high standard – you feel comfortable immediately. Cleanliness and attention to detail throughout the hotel are exemplary. A property that truly impresses and one we can wholeheartedly recommend. It’s simply wonderful to see that hotels of this exceptional level still exist.
