our stay here was notably incredible. we travel full time and this is hands down our favorite place we’ve ever stayed. the hospitality is amazing, but the amenities really sold us. diptique room fragrances, a pillow menu, huge bath tubs and bath bombs, every product you could’ve possibly forgotten, a free mini bar, free laundry, gym and roof access, the list goes on. we will be seeking out this hotel forever now

The room I had booked was very spacious and clean. The hotel's location is great; walking distance to the MRT and there are lots of convenience stores, coffee shops and amazing restaurants around. The bed and pillows were very comfy (even though this may be subjective) and I loved the Japanese style toilet. The bath tub was also very comfy. The power bank that they offer in the room for you to use, is a nice little touch and I don't think l'd seen this at any other hotel before. Definitely a great plus. In some hotels it's a bit annoying to get the temperature right in the room, but at this hotel temperature control is spot on! I didn't interact a lot with the staff, but they all seem very nice and decent. The view wasn't the best one, but it definitely didn't affect my stay in a bad way. I guess it depends on where your room is located as well. I think that all the amenities and the different scents are a very nice touch and I think a lot of people will appreciate it. For me, it didn't do much as I am not really into these things. They don't really have a big lobby or a communal area where you can sit and relax. As a solo traveler who is always out exploring it wasn't really a huge issue for me. Also, there are many coffee places nearby where you could just hang out.

I loved everything about this hotel. So modern, beautiful, clean, welcoming, and well-located for food, attractions, and subway. The rooms are stocked with everything you could need, including a Bluetooth speaker and a portable charger. The people at the front desk also spoke great English. The beds and bedding were extremely comfortable and I slept great even with the jet lag.

A 3-Star Hotel getting a 5-Star from me. A little ironic but wow does it not disappoint. The only gripe I had was the check in where they said they will charge me for less than an hour before check in time. But when we went into the room, it had truly EVERYTHING that you could think of and want! Even the mini bar is stocked with amazingly delicious things. Remember to check out all of their drawers, you are bound for some surprises. Da’an is so packed with great cafes and so near to Taipei 101. Breakfast was unique as well. Just an amazing stay! Will definitely go back.

Very delighted to have picked this hotel to reside in for 6 days spent in Taipei. The rooms are well designed and comes with an array of room scents from Diptyque so the room smells divine all the time. There is also a pillow scent which I fell in love with. You can select pillows from their menu and there are also eye masks and ear plugs if you ever need encouragement to have a good night’s sleep on their fabulous bed and crisp white linens. The bathtub is very handy and comes with bath salts and a loofa scrub to help you stay squeaky clean :) bath amenities are plenty so don’t worry if you forgot to bring any of them. Last but not least I love the vintage Group chair that is placed in every room. It’s an original four leg chair and the leather is in such good condition I am marvelling how they managed to obtain so many of these treasures. Overall I wouldn’t even call this 3 star ⭐ hotel as it certainly beat other 5star hotels i have stayed in other regions. Definitely a plus in my overall trip experience in Taipei! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Am adding to my review as I just checked out and almost reached the airport when the hotel reception called to say I forgot a piece of luggage and they have already placed it in a cab and it’s on the way to the airport to catch my check in at the counter. Super touched and deeply appreciate their gesture and they won’t even accept any payment for the cab who brought my luggage. Really love everyone at the hotel and they definitely have my 🏅🏅🏅🏅🏅for being so super nice and hospitable. ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️five hearts for their sincerity and kindness.
